Our Origin Story
Trey Jones founded SourceFactor in 2015 after 20 years of designing, developing, and implementing recruiting and human capital capabilities for organizations of all shapes and sizes. He has led and been a part of teams responsible for some truly amazing recruiting results.
Along the way, he worked to overcome bureaucratic hurdles and the related challenges that faced internal recruiting teams, slowing them down. He decided that he could do it faster and better from the outside. SourceFactor was purpose-built to assist companies of all sizes, with a laser focus on talent acquisition.
