Choose your recruiting partner wisely, or you might miss a LOT…

If the recruiting firm your business relies on is also working with most of your competitors, how much of the actual talent pool do you really have access to?

In the recruiting business, we like to say that there are 2 types of companies:

Clients and Sources. 

We simply don’t recruit from our clients.  We can’t. 

Not only are we contractually prohibited from doing so, but who would want to work with a company that would turn around and poach your talent? 

No one.

Growing a client base in this business is a balancing act.  Logos look great on websites and sales presentations. 

But we don’t sell software or hardware.

Our deliverable is access to talented and experienced PEOPLE.  And a lot of those people are working for your competitors right now.

Those logos represent all the places from which your industry-leading recruiter can’t introduce you to talent…

The talent is out there.  You just aren’t seeing it.
